pochettely was born out of a love for thoughtful gifting and timeless design. the name is inspired by the french word "pochette" which means "pouch" or "little pocket". it all started with a single idea: to create personalized pouches for life’s most meaningful moments. from asking my best friends to be my bridesmaids to launching a brand that celebrates love, creativity, and craftsmanship, pochettely has grown into a destination for bespoke embroidery and everyday essentials.
every product is designed with care and made to celebrate your unique story, whether it’s a bridal party, a gift for someone special, or just a little something for yourself. let pochettely be part of your journey, one pocket at a time.

PRODUCTS

we specialize in embroidered pouches, totes, apparel, and custom gifts for any occasion. from bridal parties to everyday essentials, our products are designed to add a touch of personalization and charm to your day.
since our pouches are handcrafted, it's important to note that each pouch may have slight variations. however, we ensure that each item meets our high standards for quality. we personally inspect each product before shipping to you.

to care for your pouches, we recommend hand-washing with a mild detergent and cool water. gently rub any stains with a soft sponge or fabric brush in a circular motion and rinse with clean cool water until all the detergent is removed. do not tumble dry, and instead air-dry your pouches to prevent shrinkage or damage.

while we take great care in crafting our handmade pouches, we are not responsible for any injury or damage that occurs as a result of using your pouches. by purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to hold us harmless from any such claims or damages.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

each item is handcrafted with care. please allow up to 5 business days for us to process ready-to-ship orders and up to 10 business days for made-to-order products. all orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once we fulfill and ship your package.
we offer standard shipping through our local post office at a flat fee of $4.99, which generally takes 3-5 business days. orders $50+ ship for free. contact us for expedited shipping at an additional rate or local pickup in columbus, ohio before placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. all sales are final. however, we stand behind the quality of our products. if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.
